Toby Benzecry
Group CEO

toby.benzecry@ambitmoat.com

Toby Benzecry founded Workplace Futures Group in 1991.  Since its creation, the group has specialised in commercial fit out and refurbishment and has frequently won awards for growth and performance.

Toby obtained undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and started his career in the manufacture of electronic products.  Over the intervening years he has gained an MBA, a degree in Mathematics and is currently completing a Doctorate with Warwick Business School.

He founded the group to provide an alternative approach to commercial fit out based on added-value and service.  The various businesses that make up the Workplace Futures Group have carried out over a £1 billion of contracting work over the years for a very wide range of clients.  The central tenet of the group is still to create long-term value through frameworks and a high proportion of repeat clients; as a result over 60% of turnover each year emanates from the existing customer base.

Toby has an enormous amount of experience in the commercial sector and has worked on a wide range of building types: offices, laboratories, data centres and factories.  He still spends most of his time on client projects.
