We partnered with Pirate Studios to transform a former piano factory warehouse into an innovative suite of 37 DJ and music recording studios. The project was designed to meet the needs of creative professionals, integrating industrial finishes with high-spec acoustic detailing and secure digital access control.

Technical and Creative Features

Our scope of work included developing and coordinating fire protection systems, acoustic treatments, and the full technical integration of recording equipment. The industrial aesthetic was maintained throughout the common areas and teapoint, blending functional elements with the creative vision of Pirate Studios.

The finished project reimagines an industrial space into a dynamic, creative environment, providing Pirate Studios with a suite of secure, modern studios that perfectly serve the demands of London’s vibrant music scene.
