Considerate Constructors Scheme
We proudly participated in the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), a non-profit initiative aimed at making a positive impact on communities, the environment, and the construction workforce.
We were thrilled to win the Plastic Reduction Category Award for our Eversholt Street project, where we achieved a remarkable 96.57% recycling rate, sending only 1.63% to energy recovery and 0% to landfill.
National Building and Construction Awards
In 2023, we were shortlisted for two categories—the Sustainability Award and Community Engagement Award—in the national building and construction awards.
