Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak, we delivered a bespoke marketing suite for Regent’s Wharf, part of a WELPUT-funded scheme. Hidden in the heart of King’s Cross, this creative campus offers 111,000 sq ft of warehouse workspace and contemporary offices around a landscaped courtyard along Regent’s Canal.
We partnered with Pirate Studios to transform a former piano factory warehouse into an innovative suite of 37 DJ and music recording studios. The project was designed to meet the needs of creative professionals, integrating industrial finishes with high-spec acoustic detailing and secure digital access control.
