We partnered with The Leathersellers to deliver three levels at 3 St Helens Place. Level 4 was transformed into a Tenant-Ready™ space, while levels 2 and 6 underwent tailored CAT B fit outs.
We partnered with Numa to create a clinic-style office incorporating Europe’s largest hyperbaric oxygen chambers. The space includes treatment areas, office spaces, and a welcoming reception to accommodate specialised medical treatments.
We partnered with Richmond University to create a modern, vibrant campus at Chiswick Business Park. The renovation focused on the library, student communal spaces, and classrooms, ensuring a dynamic environment for learning and growth.
Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak, we delivered a bespoke marketing suite for Regent’s Wharf, part of a WELPUT-funded scheme. Hidden in the heart of King’s Cross, this creative campus offers 111,000 sq ft of warehouse workspace and contemporary offices around a landscaped courtyard along Regent’s Canal.
We partnered with Pirate Studios to transform a former piano factory warehouse into an innovative suite of 37 DJ and music recording studios. The project was designed to meet the needs of creative professionals, integrating industrial finishes with high-spec acoustic detailing and secure digital access control.
Asset TV’s new office needed to be more than just a workspace—it had to become the nerve centre for global broadcasting. The design combined style with substance, creating an environment that supports seamless content creation for the leading digital platform serving investment professionals.
On behalf of Romulus Construction, we delivered a CAT A and CAT B fit out at 30 Cannon Street, a listed building in the heart of London. Working on the ground floor of an occupied building, we ensured minimal disruption to existing tenants while navigating the challenges of a listed property.
