We partnered with Resolution Property to revitalise the Programme Building, a Bristol modernist landmark. Despite the complexities of working within an occupied building during the pandemic, the refurbishment transformed multiple areas.
We partnered with Revantage and Gensler to deliver a 50,000 sq ft CAT A fit out across levels 9 and 10 of 25 North Colonnade. Completed over 12 weeks, the project featured tenancy split works and bespoke design details.
We partnered with The Leathersellers to deliver three levels at 3 St Helens Place. Level 4 was transformed into a Tenant-Ready™ space, while levels 2 and 6 underwent tailored CAT B fit outs.
We partnered with Barlaya Limited to deliver a Tenant-Ready™ fit-out at One Strand, Trafalgar Square. This project focused on reusing existing elements, including glazed partitions, doors, ceiling tiles, and raised access floors, achieving a 60% reduction in embodied carbon.

Our partnership included upgrading all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure while implementing modern design elements to enhance the office’s functionality.
Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak, we delivered a bespoke marketing suite for Regent’s Wharf, part of a WELPUT-funded scheme. Hidden in the heart of King’s Cross, this creative campus offers 111,000 sq ft of warehouse workspace and contemporary offices around a landscaped courtyard along Regent’s Canal.
Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak (BGO), we have created a Tenant-Ready™ workspace at 20 St James’s Street. The office combines breakout spaces, a teapoint, and meeting rooms designed for flexibility and productivity for any tenant.

We were tasked with transforming the ground floor and Level 4 of Bury House for our long-term client, BentalGreenOak (BGO), into two Tenant-Ready™ offices. This project integrated modern finishes, bespoke joinery, and AV and IT systems to ensure the spaces were immediately ready for occupation.
Partnering with Revantage Europe at Chiswick Business Park, Building 3, we refurbished a building ready to welcome future tenants. The reception’s custom reception desk, joinery wall panelling, and signage create a welcoming experience.
On behalf of Romulus Construction, we delivered a CAT A and CAT B fit out at 30 Cannon Street, a listed building in the heart of London. Working on the ground floor of an occupied building, we ensured minimal disruption to existing tenants while navigating the challenges of a listed property.
We created a Tenant-Ready™ space for Tishman Speyer in the Denham Building, offering a flexible office environment designed for easy customisation by future tenants. The workspace meets modern needs with a versatile layout that adapts to various business requirements.
We partnered once again with Romulus Construction to refurbish three floors at Glen House, delivering an exposed soffit CAT A fit-out. The project involved significant upgrades to all common corridors, staircases, and a complete reception refurbishment, while the building remained fully occupied and multi-tenanted.
