Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak (BGO), we have created a Tenant-Ready™ workspace at 20 St James’s Street. The office combines breakout spaces, a teapoint, and meeting rooms designed for flexibility and productivity for any tenant.

Crafted with Detail

The office was fitted with bespoke joinery and high-quality furniture from our sister company, Plattform, ensuring an adaptable workspace tailored to BGO’s requirements. A full IT and AV installation provides all the necessary infrastructure for business operations.  The meeting rooms and open spaces are designed to accommodate various needs.
