Working with our long-term client, BentallGreenOak, we delivered a Tenant-Ready™ solution for the third floor of 7 Bishopsgate, designed to accommodate the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Flexible Design

This CAT A+ workspace incorporates open-plan working spaces, meeting rooms, and collaborative breakout zones. A sleek reception area and a teapoint were added to enhance the workspace experience.

The design’s clean, neutral palette creates a calming environment, and subtle biophilic elements and soft textures in the seating areas create a welcoming yet professional feel. This concept merges with the technical elements of the new IT and AV infrastructure.

Versatility with a Future Focus

Incorporating bespoke furniture ensures the space is ready for any business to move in, offering customisable options for future tenants. The workplace has multiple touchpoints for employee wellbeing.
