Continuing our collaboration with Revantage Europe at Chiswick Business Park, we designed the CAT A refurbishment of Building 5 to provide a flexible, future-ready space. This approach offers a blank canvas for future tenants to complete their fit-out.

Crafting Spaces for Tomorrow’s Workplaces

The project included bespoke suspended metal raft ceilings, exposed services, and stylish feature lighting. The lift lobbies and common areas were enhanced with refined joinery wall panelling and bespoke signage, contributing to a sophisticated, streamlined environment.

Now a WiredScore Platinum building, the space offers both functional and aesthetic upgrades, aligning with the needs of modern tenants. This refurbishment boosts the property’s value, ensuring it’s prepared to welcome future tenants who can make it their own.
