We partnered with Barlaya Limited to deliver a Tenant-Ready™ fit-out at One Strand, Trafalgar Square. This project focused on reusing existing elements, including glazed partitions, doors, ceiling tiles, and raised access floors, achieving a 60% reduction in embodied carbon.
Creative Reuse
Noise management and logistics were critical in this fully occupied building. We adapted the layout to fit linear grills, worked around the existing comms room, and upgraded outdated lighting to LED-compliant fixtures. Corridors now feature new panelling and shelving, enhancing the user experience from the moment they step out of the lift.
A Space That Meets Evolving Needs
The flexible design allows for future adaptation, as evidenced by desk additions made after the project’s completion to accommodate the new tenants. The result is a functional, sustainable, modern office space ideal for future needs and personalisation.
