Working with long-term client BentallGreenOak, we delivered a bespoke marketing suite for Regent’s Wharf, part of a WELPUT-funded scheme. Hidden in the heart of King’s Cross, this creative campus offers 111,000 sq ft of warehouse workspace and contemporary offices around a landscaped courtyard along Regent’s Canal.

Balancing heritage and modernity

Our task was to craft a functional yet immersive marketing suite showcasing the building’s rich industrial history and future potential. Collaborating with creative agency J2, we integrated original features with contemporary design elements, using bespoke signage, lighting, and artwork to highlight the space’s distinctive character.

Creating an inspiring experience

The result is a versatile marketing suite that allows prospective tenants to explore the building’s charm while experiencing its future potential through digital and physical marketing materials. The suite includes integrated I.T. and AV systems, breakout zones, and a vintage-inspired aesthetic, blending history with modern functionality.
