Community Impact
We believe in making a meaningful difference in the communities where we operate.
A Collaborative Approach to Giving Back
For each project, we begin by consulting with our clients to understand the factors that matter most to their business and the surrounding community. Then, we conduct a bespoke assessment of the local area, tailoring our social value strategy to target specific needs and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our impact.
Our ongoing partnerships with charities ensure that our contributions go beyond financial support. We maintain close relationships with all our partners to explore future opportunities to donate our time, resources, or skills. Our goal is to create a lasting network of worthy causes, especially around the London area, where we can continue to have a positive impact. See our 2024 key outcomes below:

case study: action funder project
As part of The Waterman Project, we set up a £15,000 fund to invest within a 1-mile radius of the project site. In collaboration with the client, we selected four projects for funding and long-term partnership.
All Change – £5,000 Donation
With our support, All Change delivered an arts activism program for young women in Islington, reaching 72 participants and employing 4 young creatives. This initiative provided opportunities for women from ethnically diverse backgrounds, those with disabilities, and young carers, empowering them to participate and lead.
Holborn Community Association – £5,000 Donation
We funded Sunday Social Sessions to combat isolation among the over-60s in Holborn. Additionally, we are working with the association to renovate their community center, providing materials and labor for improvements like painting, decorating, and shelving installations.
C4WS – £2,000 Donation
C4WS helps individuals experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives. Our funding supported a day trip to Brighton for seven members, while our team volunteered to cook for over 50 people and donated winter clothing to those in need.
Bourne End Community Centre – £3,000 Donation
Our funding helped establish a weekly community café offering low-cost meals to local residents. Once the building is complete, it will serve as a space for community meetings and employability sessions, including construction career guidance.
