In 2023, we achieved a number of significant milestones, including becoming both a B Corp-certified business and a Construct Zero partner, reflecting our commitment to sustainable construction and social value. Ambit Refurbishes Coal Drops Yard, Unit 2
We completed a 9,515 sq ft CAT A refurbishment of Unit Two at the historic Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross, transforming it from a former retail space to a shell and core setup in just 12 weeks. Built in the 1850s as a coal storage and distribution centre, the building now retains its historic charm while meeting modern retail needs.

Working with DMFK, we have delivered a Grade II* Listed building, restoring it to its former glory while futureproofing it for the ever-changing needs of the workforce. Voysey House, completed in 1902, is the only commercial building designed by C.F.A. Voysey, the celebrated modernist architect and designer.
